Refund policy

1. Return Window & Condition

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for Store Credit or an Exchange. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn and unused).

  • In the original packaging with all Dreams Last tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. No Cash Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds to original forms of payment. If your return is accepted, you will receive a digital gift card for the full value of your purchase (minus shipping) to use on any future drop.

3. Sizing Disclaimer (Read Before Buying)

Sizing is the most common reason for returns. To avoid issues, please check our size charts. For reference, our lead model is 5'10.5" tall and 188 lbs, wearing a Size Large for a relaxed, athletic fit.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at jmovieshootz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Please send all authorized returns to:

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at jmovieshootz@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the size you want is to return the item you have for store credit, and then make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that since our items are limited, we cannot guarantee your size will still be in stock.
